School History
Paul A. Briandi is the Director and Owner of the WNY School of Bartending.
He has over 35 years of experience in the restaurant business, and is
a professional educator and business man.
Mr. Briandi opened the WNY Bartending School in 1978 and
has personally trained and placed thousands of his graduates into the restaurant field.
His family has over 60 years of experience in the restaurant and bar business in the Western New York area.
Our mission is to make sure our students have the Attitude, Skills, and
Knowledge necessary for their success.
